I'm declaring myself Present Without (official) Blogging...right after I finish this post.

In June I'm headed to Vancouver to attend the Summer JA-SIG conference. I will be participating in a panel for the first time. I'm quite excited about it as I have never done anything like this before. It is a bit nerve-racking to be labeled an "expert" though, especially when I will be sitting alongside the names in uPortal/CAS development.

I did submit an application to be a freelance writer for Infinite Loop over at Ars. I haven't heard back, so I'm just going to assume I was filed in the "don't call us, we'll call you" bin. It would have been fun, especially if I could have gotten paid to take cracks at Dvorak. Alas, it was not to be.

But back to not blogging... I'm going to try and automate posting of all the other stuff that I do on the internets, much like the "daily links" posts that come from my del.icio.us account, and by "try" I mean "think about trying but not actually doing." All that being said, I am doing a lot more blogging at work for uPortal and general "write this down we may need it later" type stuff.
