City Parking
There is a certain amount of crap you have to deal with if you are going to have a car in San Francisco. Now, to be fair, I don't live in San Francisco, I just work there. I could take public transportation, but that about take at least twice as long as driving in. At least Kat and I carpool on the way to work and back. But as I was saying, if you have a car in the city you have to expect some dings. This isn't something you should have to deal with though (my car is the green one).

Luckily I left myself enough room from the car in front of me that I could get out. What the hell though? That's just totally messed up. Potentially blocking people in is just not cool.
So, is it illegal to take a picture of a person's license plate and post it online?

no, it's not illegal. post it. POST IT! heh.
yea, i was amazed at parking when i visited san fran. if you even get a space, it's incredibly tiny and usually you have to use a crowbar to disengage your car from the curb. by the end of my trips, i was praising the almighty BART.
I was sitting in my car (parked on the street), Armor-All-ing the dashboard when some spazzy woman in a sport wagon pulled one of these on me. She couldn't see me in the car, so I opened the door, poked my head out, and asked her to pull up a couple of inches.
She started going off on ME! Saying how she lived in the neighborhood and how she was sick of people coming there to use the parking to shop. I just said, "Yeah, I live here too."
She got in her car and pulled forward two inches.
kat, that's outrageous! sheesh. some people...
