Daycare Workers take over Microsoft Penalty Phase

Why Gates Won't Apologize. Whatever the outcome of the Microsoft trial, don't expect Bill Gates to say he's sorry. By Amy Harmon. [New York Times: Technology]

Since Bill Gates and Microsoft are going to act like a four year olds, the judge has decided to treat them like one. The judge has brought in daycare workers to finish up the penalty portion of the trial.

The first action of the daycare workers has been to give Gates 30 minutes of quiet time, and to put Microsoft in a five year time-out. Sources close to the workers say they are considering suspending chocolate milk privileges as well.
