Punching a brick wall

Now, I know better than most people how worked up you can get when you are taking part in any kind of competition. But I'm sitting here watching the Packers take one the Bears and a Bear player just got kicked out of the game for punching a packer player in the face. The only problem is that the Packer player still has his helmet on.

Now I've never punched a brick wall or a NFL helmet for that matter, but I can't image it would feel good.
