You know where you can stick it!

Today the floodgates opened. Our instructor phrased it like this, “It’s going to feel like your mouth is wide open and the fire house is pointing right at you.” Basically, we covered about 1/2 of my undergraduate hematology semester in about 3 hours. It goes fast! And that’s just the review…

In the afternoon we started phlebotomy. I’ll probably have to do my first stick tomorrow or, more hopefully, Thursday. I need to practice finding veins…volunteers?

I met Pat in Fairfield for a puppy exchange and dinner. It means I have no time to study tonight. I gave myself 5 minutes to do this, then it’s bed.

Ding!
Snore…
